Temporada Tapas Bodega is situated at Åboulevard where more and more restaurants appears. It is the chef Elam Salai, who opened this small cozy place with cheap prices, good wine, great food and relaxed setting. The chef was mainly inspired by the Spanish and Italian cuisine, but also sought inspiration in the Mediterranean region. Try for example chicken croqetas, albondigas, gnocchi and mozzarella salad.
One small dish is from DKK 30 to 60. If you let Elam Salai determine the combinations one can get five dishes for DKK 220. Temporada Tapas Bodega may be freely translated from Spanish to be a 'season based tapas and wine bar'. It uses seasonal local vegetables along with Italian and Spanish cooking techniques. Also the wine list is a mix of Spanish, French and Italian, with a focus on the latter - and of course there are also sherry on the map.
